Cuddle Clones Donates $300 to Lucy’s Neurologist Fund
Lucy is a 16-month-old Min Pin. She was left by her family at New York City Animal Control due to neurological issues that cause her to struggle to walk, eat, even focusing her eyes is tough. She was set to be put down the same day she was dropped off, but her forever human was lucky enough to see her picture and picked her up that very day.
In the time her forever human has had Lucy she has been the sweetest dog. She lays in her bed all day, she loves her blanket and getting pet, and even though she can barely get up she makes sure her forever human knows when she has to go to the bathroom so she doesn’t have an accident inside the house. Lucy’s forever human helps her walk outside and do her business and then she goes back to her bed where she has been by her side day and night.
Unfortunately, her forever human only has the funds to make Lucy comfortable – meaning steroids to help manage her pain and symptoms (though they do little to help with her symptoms) and not enough to pay for a neurologist and the tests she needs to find out what specifically is wrong with sweet little Lucy so they can get her better and give her the life she deserves.
